This combined driving instructor interview is the first video in a series of educational videos intended to teach kids about different horse sports. I’m not an “in front of the camera” type of person, so please excuse my terrified expression. 😉 For the video series, I ask each horse sport instructor the same 7 or 8 questions in an interview format and then do a little hands on learning as a way to help to expose a whole new generation of kids to different horse sports in 4-5 minute long informational videos.

Short stirrup is an important division for young riders. For many, it’s their first time showing over straight rail fences. The jumps can have fill and width, and the courses start to get more complicated. It can be a nerve-wracking step up for a young equestrian!
I remember playing with my collection of My Little Ponies and combing their brightly colored manes and tails. They came with accessories such as sun hats, saddles and trophies, they smelled delicious almost like a fruity baby powder, and had the friendliest features.
